Our story began with a simple idea: to create an always evolving space where individuality thrives and connections are made. From a humble coffee cart to a bustling garage studio gallery, each step of our journey has been guided by our commitment to authenticity and innovation. We were inspired by the community that we had served working for a major local coffee company. But we always felt that in that rigid framework of someone else’s vision something was missing - character and personality. We spent years worth of trial and error and found ways to provide higher quality product at the same price point and ways to consistently innovate adding more to the menu as we go - in the meantime surrounded by stories we have collected through art and music that we personally felt compelled to share with everyone over and over again.

The core purpose of the business is creating a collective of artists (music, visual arts, performers) that we will be connecting to our clientele. The way we capture clientele is by serving familiar things at an incredible level of quality, such as specialty coffee, craft wine and cocktails paired with fine food. These pairings are also a great way for artists to explore creativity in paring between audial or visual art and the art of food and drink - therefore enhancing what is already there finding the perfect balance of flavor and sound, of smell and color, etc.
